This tutorial will show you how to let your friend post on your blog without giving out your password.
1. Log into Blogger if your not already there and go to your Dashboard.
2. Under the blog you want, click on SETTINGS.
3. Click on the PERMISSIONS tab to the right of the screen. Here you can decide who can read your blog and who can post on your blog.
4. Click on the big blue button that says ADD AUTHORS. In the box that pops up, type their email and press INVITE. When they confirm, their name will show up on the Permissions tab.
5. If you want, you can make them an admin so that they can delete posts, edit all posts, and change what the blog looks like. Make them an admin by clicking on the link next to their name that says MAKE ADMIN. Only do this if you trust them.
That's all for today:)

Tutorial: Parts of a Blog
This tutorial is too help with other tutorials I might do in the future. I will tell you what different parts of the code mean, and what parts they change.
First we'll start with the OUTER-WRAPPER. The outer wrapper is the part that is behind your main-wrapper and your sidebar-wrapper. The outer-wrapper has to be wide enough to fit your main-wrapper and your sidebar-wrapper in, otherwise your blog might start to look a bit messed up :P
Next is the MAIN-WRAPPER. The main-wrapper is where your posts go. Changing the width can let you fit in X-Large photos that aren't cut off, (which is helpful if you have a photography blog).
The SIDEBAR-WRAPPER is where your follower gadget , archive, labels, any blog buttons, about me and any other gadgets you have go there.
The HEADER WRAPPER is where your header/blog title goes. You can change the width, which changes how wide your header image is, aswell as put borders and pictures in.
The BODY is where backgrounds, like the ones on this blog go. The body is basically the background of your blog. It has no writing or sidebars in/on it (unless that's in your background image).
That's all for now :) Hope you find it helpful
